CODE81 opens its Abu Dhabi office, expanding capital-region delivery.

CODE81 has opened a new office in Abu Dhabi, strengthening our presence with federal entities and Abu Dhabi-based clients across government, healthcare and energy. The expansion brings senior delivery and advisory capacity into the capital region — closer to the strategic programmes our clients are running.

The Abu Dhabi office adds a dedicated capital-region team to CODE81's regional footprint, alongside existing operations in Dubai, KSA, and Egypt. The expansion is a deliberate response to the depth of programmes our clients are running with federal entities and Abu Dhabi-based organisations across government services, healthcare delivery, and energy operations.

For clients in the capital region, the new office means CODE81 senior delivery and advisory staff are working alongside them in their own ecosystem — not flying in for set-piece meetings. That proximity matters most for the programmes that need continuous engineering presence, not periodic check-ins.

02 / CAPABILITY

What the new office adds.

The Abu Dhabi team extends CODE81's existing regional capabilities with a focus on the engagement patterns the capital region actually requires:

  1. 01

    Federal entity engagement

Dedicated capacity for federal programmes spanning multiple ministries and entities, with the governance posture federal procurement requires.

  2. 02

    Capital-region client coverage

Abu Dhabi-based clients in government, healthcare, and energy now have closer delivery and advisory presence on long-running programmes.

  3. 03

    Local AI governance support

On-the-ground capability to support AI governance, ISO 42001 alignment, and UAE AI Charter compliance for Abu Dhabi clients.

  4. 04

    Joint programme operations

Shared workspaces and coordinated delivery between Abu Dhabi and Dubai teams, removing the geography friction from cross-emirate programmes.

03 / CONTEXT

Why now.

The opening reflects a measurable shift in where the region's enterprise intelligence work is being commissioned. Abu Dhabi-based federal entities and the broader capital-region private sector are running some of the most ambitious AI and data programmes anywhere in the GCC. Many of those programmes need delivery partners with continuous local presence, not periodic visits.

CODE81's existing Dubai operations have been supporting Abu Dhabi clients for years — the new office formalises and accelerates that work, with senior staff permanently based in the capital region.

04 / FOOTPRINT

The wider regional picture.

The Abu Dhabi opening adds to CODE81's existing presence across UAE, KSA, and Egypt — a footprint built deliberately around the markets where the region's enterprise intelligence work actually happens. The pattern continues: deep regional presence in priority markets, rather than thin spread across the wider geography.
